Canopy Rivers Corporation and AIM2 Ventures Inc. (TSXV: AIMB.P) (“AIM2”) recently announced that the shareholders of the respective companies have voted in favor of all matters concerning the companies’ business combination that will result in in a reverse take-over (“RTO”) of AIM2 by Canopy Rivers.
