Vancouver-based Wildflower Brands Inc. (CSE: SUN) (OTCQB: WLDFF) on Friday detailed its plans to complete a private placement of units at a price of $C0.54 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $1.75 million. Each unit will consist of one common share of Wildflower and one half of one share purchase warrant. Each full purchase warrant will entitle its holder to acquire one common share of the company at a price of $0.85 for a period of 24 months following the closing date of the private placement. Per the update, the financing is already fully subscribed, and it is expected to close next week. Wildflower intends to use proceeds from the financing to fund the buildout of its manufacturing capability in Washington State, as well as to meet the increasing demand for Wildflower products and for general working capital purposes.
